Our assignee Victor received the keys to his new apartment in Koblenz.
Of course we accompanied him in this important step. The takeover is always documented, the state of the apartment is assessed and any defects or damage to the flooring, doors or window frames are noted. Electricity, heating and water meters are read so his energy consumption can be accurately recorded. The apartment is great – really central in the old part of town and with a view of one of the many squares in Koblenz. With an abundance of surrounding restaurants offering different cuisines, he is guaranteed not to go hungry 😊
