Today both Karina and I had appointments in Bonn.

Murat arrived in Bonn earlier this year in February and his wife and daughter joined him in June. Murat had a long-standing appointment with the imigration authorities and we requested an appointment at the Citizens’ registration office for the newcomers. We were very lucky to receive one at such short notice. The appointments were practically parallel, so Karina went with the ladies to the citizens’ office and I accompanied Murat to the immigration office. When these steps were successfully taken, we sat together over refreshing beverages and discussed the next steps on the agenda. It was a nice end to a working day and always a pleasure to learn more about our assignees.
