Our relocation service starts long before the assignee arrives in Germany.
We apply well in advance for medical care insurance and the insurance provider sends the id cards to our office address where they are safely stored. Upon arrival we hand the cards to the assignee at our first personal meeting.
A bank account is also opened beforehand, which is then authenticated in person by the assignee. This is usually scheduled for the same day as registration at the citizens’ office. We try to plan the appointments in close succession, to enable the arrivals to concentrate on their assignments in the new workplace.
Of course, we accompany everyone to their respective appointments and prepare the necessary paperwork and documentation.
