On August 4, we had the appointment at the registration office. It is important that we complete the initial steps in Germany in a timely manner so that we can submit the required information to HR and Payroll and start the process at the Immigration Office. We also make sure that the onboarding process in the company goes as planned. For most of our clients, the first two days are reserved for internal onboarding, we have our appointments right after. It is best if the new professionals arrive in Germany a few days before they start work, but that is not always possible. Sometimes it is visa reasons, sometimes simply personal reasons. In any case, we make sure that the tax number, social security number, health insurance membership certificate and bank details are available for the first paycheck.
