We had our first face-to-face meeting of 2024 this week, we had to postpone it in January due to illness, so there was even more than usual on the agenda. As always, we discussed our ongoing cases and how to optimise our services for our assignees in the first few days after relocation. We agreed that from now on we will undertake the registration of the radio licence fees to simplify it for our assignees. It sometimes happens that letters with the payment requests are not received by our assignees when they are in temporary accommodation, thereby incurring penalties for late payment. A new order from a customer with a group relocation of 19 people was also discussed and we finalised the timeline and tasks. There was homemade banana bread and homemade cheesecake to enjoy – a good accompaniment to a good meeting.
