Last Sunday Kathryn, Karina and I met for a “process meeting”.

Our new relocation software meant that changes in our business processes had become necessary. The process meeting was very successful, the implemented changes will enhance our day-to-day tasks and are for the benefit of our assignees and clients.

With the new software, we reduce our email traffic to a minimum and therefore reduce our carbon footprint. Of course, we also profit from the user-friendly software and are well prepared for the new fiscal year. My personal favorite feature is the Home Finding. Here, assignees can directly see the distance from the potential new home to the workplace and with the travelling times shown for a car, bicycle, public transport or on foot.

I am appreciative of the dedicated staff at bizorganization who are available for extraordinary meetings even on Sundays.
