Our annual team meeting – the bizdays – takes place at the end of October and I am fully involved with the planning.
As the team members live and work all over Germany, the bizdays are a great opportunity to catch up with each other in person. The agenda is set, the presentations are ready, – the hotel rooms, restaurants, conference room and leisure activities are reserved. All that remains is to organize the annual tree planting campaign.
We plant a tree for each Getting Started Comfort Package. It’s so much fun and leave us feeling good afterwards, but it is also strenuous as the forest ground is quite hard. We have planted beech trees in the past, but I now want more variety in my choice of trees and am currently reading up on the subject. However the final decision on which ones to plant lies with the forester, who will most certainly support me in the selection.
