I think it is important for one to “feel” the home, view everything, walk around and imagine living their with their furnitur in their own personal refuge. We make the appointments for the viewings and accompany our assignees with the required documentation which is complete and informative. The competition is huge with lots of applicants for the same property, but being well prepared and making a favourable impression usually increases our chance of getting the apartment we want. When an assignee is unable to view the apartment in person, we will arrange a viewing by video. We go from room to room andtry to capture the character and charm of the apartment and also film the surrounding neighborhood. We maintain excellent contact with brokers, housing associations and private landlords and are a reliable partner.
