Our #homefinding in Schweinfurt was a “hole-in-one”!
This is what we say at bizorganization when the assignee takes the first apartment after viewing it. Nitish from India found a nice apartment after just a few days, this was preceded by extensive research of course. We spend many hours with our assignees, but the majority of those hours is dedicated to home finding; coordinating with estate agents and landlords, scheduling appointments and organising logistics, namely all the background work that is not seen directly.
Another part of the #relocation is our support when opening a bank account and accompanying the assignee to register their residence at the town hall.
