bizorganization has been active in the relocation business for over 20 years. I well remember my first assignees and am still in contact with many of them today. It was previously mainly international corporations that offered relocation services to their executives, but the structure of our clientele base and assignees has changed over the years. Nowadays many of our clients belong to the classic small and middle-sized enterprise sector, as well as start-ups and diverse organizations that commission our services for their employees. Some hire more than 10 new employees a month at peak times, while perhaps others hire one employee a year or even every two years. Our work is twofold; we take the pressure off HR in their day-to-day workflow and the assignees have the biz team for all queries and questions relating to relocation and their new surroundings. We are delighted with every successfully integrated assignee and the positive feedback from the HR departments.
