How it works
It starts with a detailed Teams briefing. We explain which documents are needed in Germany, discuss the timeline and the individual steps. We also advise on accommodation: flat, house or shared flat, plus size, features and location. Using our own regional rent indices we give a realistic assessment of how wishes and budget fit together, so expectations are right from the start.
While we work on the administrative tasks, home finding already runs in parallel. Both strands interlock so no time is lost. The authorities process and the home search work towards the start date together rather than one after the other.
Administration
We accompany your professional to the appointments with authorities and banks, take care of residence and work permit, registration, bank account, insurance and social security. All aspects of immigration, tax and social security law are taken into account, so you and your professional are covered. Home Finding
In parallel we search for the right flat, shared flat or house. We propose suitable properties, accompany the viewings, negotiate with agents and owners and handle the rental contract, including translation. Your professional does not have to fight their way through an unfamiliar rental market and arrives in a flat they feel comfortable in.
