International trainees are often young, come abroad for a longer stay for the first time, and face a mountain of organisational questions that experienced professionals handle more easily. For them, and for the companies training them, there is the Azubi Welcome Package. It accompanies young people from arrival to the start of their working life, with far less effort for your team.
The package is our all-round care offer for trainees, a Comfort-level service tailored to the particular situation of young people. Instead of a demanding home search, for example, we provide a suitable room in a shared flat, so the start stays simple and affordable.
How it works
Even before arrival we clarify the open questions in a Teams briefing. The young people know what to expect, which documents they need and how the first days unfold. This preparation takes away much of the uncertainty that a first trip abroad brings.
After arrival we accompany the trainees through all the necessary steps: registration at the Bürgeramt (residents’ office), opening a bank account, insurance and everyday orientation. On request we organise a shuttle from the airport, so even the arrival runs smoothly.
Accommodation without a demanding search
Finding a flat of one’s own is barely feasible for a young person from abroad. That is why we provide a suitable room in a shared flat, affordable and firmly booked. So the trainee has a secure home from the first day, and your team does not have to deal with the housing question.
Support in everyday life
We accompany registration, residence title and work permit, bank account and insurance step by step. On top of that comes everyday orientation, which makes the difference especially for young people, so they find their feet quickly and feel comfortable. HR support for your team is part of it.
The right package for your situation
The Azubi Welcome Package is meant for companies that hire trainees from abroad and want to give them a good start. It is deliberately leaner and more affordable than the Comfort Package, because the needs of trainees differ from those of an experienced professional with a family.
