A residence permit requires proof of housing. Without a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (the landlord’s confirmation of tenancy) there is no visa, and in tight markets this becomes the bottleneck the whole timeline hinges on. Home finding is not a core HR task, yet it often lands on the HR department anyway. The Home Finding Package takes this search off your hands, from the first assessment to the signed rental contract.
We find the right flat, shared flat or house for your new professional, matched to their wishes and budget. Anyone who handles visa and authorities themselves and only wants to hand over the search is in the right place here. If the administrative part should come along too, the route is via the Comfort Package.
How it works
It starts with a Teams briefing. We clarify what your professional is looking for, which size, features and location come into question, and what is realistic in the given region. For this we provide our own regional rent indices, so that wishes and budget match from the start and no disappointments arise at the viewing.
The German rental market has its own rules, and for someone new to the country they are hard to see through. Base rent, additional costs, deposit, the documents landlords want to see, the tone at viewings. We explain these customs to your professional and prepare them for dealing with agents and owners.
Property selection and viewings
We propose up to five suitable properties and coordinate the viewing appointments. We accompany your professional to these appointments in person, advise on site and translate where needed. That way they make their decision on a clear basis and not alone in a foreign language.
Negotiation and rental contract
We are at their side in the negotiation with agents and owners. We translate and annotate the rental contract, so your professional understands what they are signing. We also handle the registration with local utility providers as well as phone and internet, so the flat is usable from move-in.
The right package for your situation
The package suits companies with their own structures for the authorities part who do not want to or cannot handle home finding themselves. Instead of your professional fighting their way alone through an unfamiliar rental market, they arrive and can settle in.

How quickly do you find a flat?
We cannot promise a fixed date, because whether a flat fits also depends on whether your professional likes it and whether the market in the region has something to offer. What we can promise is a structured process with up to five suitable property proposals and personal support at the viewings.
What is a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, and why does it matter so much?
The Wohnungsgeberbestätigung is the landlord’s confirmation that your professional is moving into the flat. It is needed for the registration at the Bürgeramt, and that registration is in turn a precondition for the residence title. Without a fixed address the whole visa process stalls, which is why the flat is often the critical first step.
Do you accompany viewings, or just send addresses?
We are there in person. Someone from us comes along to every viewing, advises on site and translates where needed.
Do you also handle the authorities?
Not in the Home Finding Package, which covers the home search. For visa, immigration office and registration there is the Administration Package, and if you want both together, the Comfort Package.
Does the package also help with electricity, internet and registering the flat?
Yes. We handle the registration with local utility providers as well as phone and internet, so the flat is usable from the first day.
What happens if none of the first flats fit?
We propose up to five properties to begin with. If that is not enough, we discuss how to proceed, because the goal is a flat your professional settles into, not the fastest signature.
