The Smart Package is our leanest option. We prepare the applications, forms and documents and provide them in a structured way, while appointments and personal support stay with your team. That way you combine self-reliance with the certainty of a professionally prepared process.
How it works
First we create an individual timeline for your professional, so your team knows which step is due when. On this basis we prepare the necessary applications and forms, fill them in and put them together so they pass through authorities and the HR process without follow-up questions.
We prepare the documents in a structured way for authorities and HR. Your team receives an ordered package it can use to attend the appointments itself, without first having to work through form requirements and information sheets.
What we prepare in the background
We cover the preparation around registration, residence title and work permit, bank account and insurance. On request we also take the situation of couples and families into account, so the documents match the actual circumstances. HR support is part of it, so your team has a contact person for questions.
What stays with your team
You handle the appointment scheduling with the authorities and the personal support of the professional yourself. The Smart Package deliberately includes no on-site support. If you want that, the Administration Package or the Comfort Package is the right choice.
