Cultural Awareness Training

Our new Cultural Awareness Training programme is devised for companies to help them prime employees in place and new international assignees and prepare them for a successful and harmonious working environment.

It gives both sides a valuable insight to the cultural differences along with hints and tips to the newcomers about everyday life in Germany, whether it be private or professional.

The training is divided into two modules:

  • Communication in the company:
    Learn how communication and decision-making processes function in international companies and the expectations in professional interactions. Supervisory persons are invited to address issues and requests that are particularly relevant to the company.

  • Welcome to Germany:
    Practical tips on life in Germany – from home finding to negotiation techniques, it includes everyday information such as separating the garbage – all concieved to make life easier in the new country.

Note:

The training can be booked to complement our Comfort Package Plus (2 hours online) or as a stand-alone module for groups on the company premises (4 hours on site).
