Administration Package
You have found an international professional and signed the contract. Now comes the part that puts many HR teams under pressure: residence permit, immigration office, registration, bank account, insurance. Each step looks manageable on its own, and together they tie up someone for weeks who really has other work to do. The Administration Package takes these tasks off your team, so your new hire can start working in Germany on time and on solid legal ground.
We handle the administrative side of starting work. Home finding is deliberately not part of this package, that is what the Home Finding Package is for, and anyone who wants both together chooses the Comfort Package. The Administration Package fits when your professional arranges the flat themselves or already has one, and you only want to hand over the authorities and paperwork.
How it works
It starts with a detailed Teams meeting. We go through the timeline up to the start date and the individual steps needed to get there. Your team knows from the outset what happens when, and your professional knows which documents to bring. This clarity at the start prevents most of the delays that later put the start date at risk.
We are there in person at the appointments with authorities and banks. At the immigration office, at the registration at the Bürgeramt (residents’ office), at the bank. We know the procedures, the documents required and the regional quirks of the authorities. All aspects of immigration, tax and social security law are taken into account, so there are no unpleasant surprises for you or your professional.
Residence and work permit
We support the process around residence title and work permit, from the required evidence to the appointment at the immigration office. For professionals from non-EU countries, the entire timeline hinges on this step. We make sure the documents are complete and correct before the appointment takes place.
Registration and residents’ office
Registration at the Bürgeramt is a precondition for almost everything else. Your professional needs it before a bank account and many other steps are even possible. We arrange the appointment and accompany them, so the registration works on the first attempt.
Bank, insurance, social security
Your professional needs a German account for salary payments and health insurance for a compliant start. We help with opening the account as well as sorting out health and social insurance, so everything is correct from day one.
HR support
Throughout the process your HR team has a fixed point of contact with us. You do not have to work your way into regulations, and you get a clear status from us, so you always know where your professional stands in the process.
The right package for your situation
This package is meant for companies that want to hand over the administrative part of relocation but handle home finding themselves or do not need it. That applies when your professional already has accommodation, moves into a company flat, or organises the flat themselves, while the authorities part goes into experienced hands.
If you want to outsource the entire process, administration and home finding together, the Getting Started Comfort Package is the better choice. If your team wants to keep coordination in-house and only needs professional preparation of the applications in the background, the Smart Package is worth a look.

How long does it take until the professional can start?
That depends on the professional’s country of origin, the responsible immigration office and the current workload of the authorities. These processing times are outside our influence. What we can influence is the preparation, and we handle it so that all documents are complete and correct from the start and no avoidable delays arise at this point.
Do you also handle home finding?
Not in the Administration Package. This package covers the authorities and administrative part. If you want to outsource home finding as well, combine it with the Home Finding Package or choose the Comfort Package, which covers both together.
Do you know our immigration office?
In the regions where we work, we know the authorities and their procedures. This regional experience saves time, because we know which documents are required and how, and what the respective office pays attention to.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We work with explicit consent, on a privacy-by-design basis and with secure systems. Your professional’s data is processed only for the purpose of the relocation.
What about a partner and children?
Family matters are covered through our modular specials, such as the Spouse Service. Get in touch and we will look together at what your professional and their family need.
Do you accompany the professional to the appointments in person?
Yes. We are on site at the appointments with authorities and banks. This personal support is the core of the package.
