Today I accompanied Diana and her family to apply for residents’ cards at the Immigration Office in Koblenz.

This is one of the last steps of support in our Relocation Service to settle in profesessionals from overseas. Beforehand we had applied to the health insurance company and accompanied Diana to open a bank account. After Home Finding, we registered their address with the local authorities, amended the tax class, sorted out the utility providers and chose an Internet carrier. The procedure took longer than usual, as the embassy had forwarded the paperwork to the wrong authorities. Diana took it all in her stride, she knew we were constantly active and was so calm it was a delight to relocate and settle her in. She responded to her mails at lightining speed and prompty provided documents when requested – this makes our job so much easier.
