We submitted the application today for the EU Blue Card for our assignee Neel.
Neel had studied in Berlin and upon completion of his studies, he commenced employment in Koblenz.
As holder of a student visa he could start work immediately as this type of visa permitted him to work for 120 full days or 240 half days. We had submitted the necessary documents beforehand to the Foreigners’ Registration Office in Koblenz and only had to hand in his biometric photos and the application with his signature. The application for Neel’s EU Blue Card is now being processed and should be ready for collection at the same office in Koblenz in approximately 4-6 weeks.
