Before we start the relocation service for ourassignees, we have an approximately 1 hour long call in which we explain our services, answer questions and check whether all documents are available in the required form. We discuss the timeline and explain the difficult housing market. Then the specialists arrive in Germany and our face-to-faceservice begins. As a new additional service, we offer assignees a follow-up call after approx. 2 weeks. Here we discuss the next steps, explain the processes for finding accommodation and dealing with the authorities again and find out whether everything is going well or whether the skilles workers are encountering any difficulties. Whether it’s with shopping, the post not arriving or that they an’t cope with the German weather. I think this call is very important, we can gauge the mood and intervene if there are any problems. If it suits me, I meet with the assigneesin oersin, then the exchange is even more intensive and personal. It is an important part of our relocation service that theassignees feel they are in good hands at every point in the process and have the certainty that they can always come to us with any questions or problems. Last week I met with Dixit and his family, who came to Germany on August 1st. It was a nice meeting for all of us. from Judith Wambach
