After intensive preparation, our annual event bizdays 2024 took place last weekend. Most of our colleagues were able to attend and travelled from all over Germany.
The relocation business is undergoing a transformation and we have risen to the challenges. Securing skilled staff from abroad is more relevant than ever, and SMEs are also experiencing this. Consequently our team must be up to date about our adapted and new processes in order to utilise the swarm intelligence for future decisions.
In addition to the intensive ‘Learn from your colleagues’ programme, there was no shortage of professional and personal exchange. The team members have little or no contact with each other in their day-to-day business, so this makes bizdays all the more important for us.
We exchanged information about our new costumers, changes in processes and the latest, a new line of business was introduced.
