The preparations for bizdays 2024 are in full swing, colleagues from different parts of the country congregate for a workshop every year. Customers’ guidelines are constantly changing, new features in our relocation software are configured and we adapt our SOPs to cater to new developments in our field of work and consequently maintain and improve our quality of service. It is essential that we all possess the same level of knowledge and are familiar with visa and relocation processes and the accompanying requirements. It is also no less important to catch up with each other in person. All the threads come together in the back office in Koblenz, from here we are in regular contact with colleagues in Berlin, Hanover, Hamburg, Munich, Saarbrücken and the Rhine-Main region, but they have little contact amongst each other. Each year the agenda always features the topic „Learn from your colleagues”. This is where we share our experiences and best practices, exchange ideas for example, on how to deal with appointment problems with the authorities and much more. The bizdays 2024 will take place at the end of October and we are eagerly looking forward to it.
