On Wednesday, we attended the first HR Congress by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Koblenz. We were able to have many inspiring conversations with the participations and our booth neighbors. In addition to the latest trends and strategies in HR management, the exciting challenges faced by HR teams in the increasingly global world of work and the recruitment of expats and specialists from abroad were also highlighted.
Judith Wambach held a workshop in which participants were able to immerse themselves in the world of global mobility with her and learn how they can ensure security in the HR and payroll area by optimally navigating through the jungle of authorities and masterin formalities. She also provided insights into the social integration of new employees and how to faciliate the bridging of intercultural differences. A really succesful day with an exciting program!
