Companies that hire executives from overseas like to offer potential new employees an orientation / look-and-see-trip. This is always a great opportunity for us to guide newcomers through the new environment, culture and customs. We plan each trip to suit their needs, visiting residential areas and looking at homes and apartments. If the family is travelling with children, we also visit schools and kindergartens. We provide a realistic impression of the cost of living in Germany, familiarize ourselves with the assignees’ expectations and sensitize them to the different cultures. The decision to accept a new job in another country must be carefully considered and we support our assignees in this process.
